• Maintain floor standards, displays, and backroom organization for footwear
• Process transactions accurately, handle returns, and protect against shrink
• Stay current on new footwear releases, features, and promotions
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and service metrics
• Support inventory tasks including stock, tagging, and replenishment
