Retail Softlines Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing softlines products, including apparel and accessories
• Maintain well-organized, visually appealing sales floor and product displays
• Use POS systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Leverage product knowledge and basic tech tools to recommend items and check inventory
• Monitor stock levels, assist with merchandising, tagging, and restocking
• Support online order pickups and basic omnichannel processes
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and customer service standards
• Follow company policies for loss prevention, safety, and data privacy
