Retail Master Club Fitter

House of Sport, an experiential DICK'S Sporting Goods concept, seeks a Retail Master Club Fitter to deliver expert, customized golf equipment fittings in a premium, hands-on retail environment. You will assess golfers' swings using advanced launch monitors, analyze performance data, and recommend ideal club heads, shafts, and specs. Partnering with teammates, you'll drive sales, educate athletes, and support in-store events, clinics, and demos. You'll embody our active, community-driven culture by creating inclusive, high-energy experiences that help athletes and families try, learn, and play.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized golf club fittings using launch monitors and fitting tools
• Analyze swing and ball-flight data to recommend optimal club heads, shafts, and specifications
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and performance differences
• Drive sales through expert consultation, add-on recommendations, and closing techniques
• Maintain fitting bays, equipment, and technology to a premium, ready-to-use standard
• Support in-store golf events, demos, and clinics to engage the community
• Collaborate with retail teammates to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Stay current on golf equipment trends, brands, and new technologies
• Assist with merchandising, inventory checks, and product placement in the golf area
• Uphold House of Sport's inclusive, community-focused culture and service standards
