HVAC Service Tech 4

CoolSys is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Tech to support commercial and industrial customers across North America. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex HVAC-R systems, perform preventative maintenance, and support energy-efficient solutions. You'll work hands-on in the field, collaborate with a skilled team, and represent our safety-first, customer-focused culture while growing your technical expertise through ongoing training and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems and components
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system tune-ups for HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
• Install replacement parts, calibrate controls, and verify system performance to specifications
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service tickets and reports
• Respond to customer service calls, explain findings, and provide professional recommendations
• Follow Cool
• Sys safety protocols, codes, and industry standards on all job sites
• Collaborate with dispatch, engineering, and field teams to complete projects efficiently
• Support energy-efficient and sustainable system solutions for diverse customer facilities
• Mentor junior technicians and participate in ongoing technical training
