Machine Operator, Senior

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Senior Machine Operator to run and support high-speed bottling and packaging lines in a modern beverage facility. In this role, you will set up, operate, and adjust production equipment, monitor line performance, perform minor repairs, and complete changeovers to meet production schedules. You will uphold strict safety, quality, and sanitation standards, document production data, and coach junior operators while contributing to a culture of teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed bottling and packaging machinery to meet daily production targets.
• Perform minor mechanical adjustments, basic repairs, and changeovers to reduce downtime.
• Monitor product quality, conduct visual and physical inspections, and record results per standards.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work area.
• Accurately document production data, downtime, and material usage in line systems or forms.
• Train and mentor junior machine operators on equipment operation, safety, and best practices.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve equipment and process issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency, yield, and reliability.
