Join DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Golf Teammate and help athletes and enthusiasts find the right clubs, gear, and apparel. You'll provide expert customer service by learning product features, fitting golf clubs, and offering basic swing and equipment guidance. Support daily store operations including merchandising, pricing, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean, organized golf department. Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and deliver an energetic, inclusive shopping experience. Training and development are provided, with opportunities to grow into leadership or other retail and e-commerce roles across the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in the golf department to understand needs
• Recommend golf clubs, balls, apparel, and accessories based on skill level and budget
• Perform basic club fitting and adjustments with provided tools and training
• Operate POS systems to complete purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Stock, merchandise, and price golf products to company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and fitting area
• Assist with inventory counts, labeling, and replenishment
• Support sales goals through add-on recommendations and product knowledge
• Collaborate with store teammates and leaders to deliver consistent service
• Uphold company policies, loss prevention, and customer service standards
