Machine Operator

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Senior Machine Operator to run and support high-speed bottling and packaging lines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will set up, operate, and adjust automated equipment, complete changeovers, perform basic maintenance, and monitor quality to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards. This role leads by example in safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, coaching peers, troubleshooting downtime, and helping drive performance targets while supporting a culture of integrity, accountability, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed bottling and packaging machinery to meet production goals
• Set up machines, perform changeovers, and adjust settings for different products and packaging formats
• Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet Coca-Cola and regulatory standards
• Perform basic preventive maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, escalating complex problems to maintenance as needed
• Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies, promoting a strong safety culture on the floor
• Accurately record production data, downtime, and quality results in required systems or logs
• Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Train and mentor junior operators on equipment operation, safety, and quality procedures
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth line operations
