Join DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Teammate - Endzone & Loyalty, driving customer engagement in a high-energy retail environment. You'll introduce athletes and families to our ScoreCard and credit loyalty programs, explain benefits, and complete enrollments using POS and mobile tools. Partner with store teammates to route customers to the Endzone space, support promotions, and maintain an inviting, branded area. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, coachable, and passionate about sports, with strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the Endzone & Loyalty area to promote DICK'S loyalty programs and credit offerings
• Explain benefits of loyalty memberships and help customers enroll quickly and accurately
• Use POS and mobile tools to process sign-ups and track loyalty performance
• Collaborate with store teammates to drive traffic to the Endzone area and support sales goals
• Maintain an inviting, branded Endzone space with current promotions and clear signage
• Monitor daily metrics for loyalty conversions and follow up with store leaders on results
• Educate customers on e-commerce, mobile app, and omnichannel services
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer data privacy standards
• Support front-end operations as needed, including customer service and checkout support
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product, loyalty, and customer engagement knowledge
