You will use advanced launch monitor systems and fitting software to analyze swing metrics, recommend club specifications, and perform basic adjustments and builds. Partnering with sales and service teams, you'll educate customers, hit performance targets, and maintain fitting bays and equipment. Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one golf club fittings using launch monitors and fitting software
• Analyze swing data to recommend optimal club heads, shafts, and specifications
• Perform basic club building, adjustments, and maintenance
• Educate customers on equipment options and technology benefits
• Collaborate with retail sales staff to drive revenue and attachment sales
• Maintain fitting bays, technology, and demo inventory in top condition
• Document fitting results in CRM or fitting platforms for follow-up
• Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets
• Stay current on new golf equipment technologies and product lines
• Support in-store events, demos, and technology-focused fitting days
