Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver high-quality, personalized service
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate sporting goods and apparel
• Explain product features, benefits, and proper use to customers
• Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Support merchandising, stocking, and product displays to company standards
• Assist with inventory counts, tagging, and loss prevention procedures
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and service goals
