Maintenance Mechanic

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support safe, reliable operations in our high-volume bottling facility. In this role, you will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production, packaging, and conveyor equipment to minimize downtime and ensure product quality. You will perform preventive maintenance, document work in a CMMS, and follow strict safety and LOTO procedures. Working closely with production teams, you'll help improve line efficiency, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production, packaging, and conveyor equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues and implement repairs
• Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage in a CMMSFollow all plant safety, LOTO, and quality procedures and standards
• Collaborate with production teams to support line changeovers and efficiency improvements
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment or upgrades
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements
• Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in the facility
