Data & AI Consulting Managing Director

NTT DATA is seeking a Managing Director to lead our Data & AI Consulting practice. You will own portfolio strategy, go-to-market plans, and delivery excellence for complex, global digital transformation programs. Responsibilities include shaping data and AI roadmaps, overseeing multi-disciplinary consulting teams, managing P&L, and ensuring measurable client value. You will build executive relationships, mentor senior leaders, and drive innovation across cloud, analytics, and AI solutions in a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Remote role with global stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Data & AI consulting portfolio and strategy
• Own go-to-market plans and support sales for major transformation deals
• Oversee delivery of large, complex global data and AI programs
• Manage P&L, revenue growth, and profitability targets
• Develop client data and AI roadmaps and value cases
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior consulting leaders and teams
• Ensure governance, quality, and risk management across engagements
• Drive innovation in cloud, analytics, and AI offerings
• Collaborate globally to align services and capabilities
