PT Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a part-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, repairs, and accessories. You'll manage customer relationships, process transactions, support lesson enrollment, and help maintain appealing merchandising and store standards. Collaborate with a student-focused, performance-oriented team while contributing to community music education and growing your career in a mission-driven retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales support for instruments, rentals, repairs, and accessories
• Assist students, parents, and educators with product selection and lesson enrollment
• Process sales, rentals, and returns accurately using POS systems
• Maintain merchandising, product displays, and clean, organized store standards
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business
• Support store events and community outreach related to music education
• Coordinate with lesson instructors and store team to meet performance goals
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns as needed
