Utilities Industry Strategic Advisor

NTT DATA seeks a Utilities Industry Strategic Advisor to guide energy and utilities clients through complex digital transformation initiatives. In this consulting role, you will assess current operations, define strategies, and design roadmaps that modernize generation, transmission, and distribution. You will lead stakeholder workshops, craft business cases, and collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions. Responsibilities

• Advise utilities clients on digital transformation and modernization strategies across generation, transmission, and distribution
• Assess client business processes and technology landscapes to identify improvement opportunities and ROILead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps, requirements, and target operating models
• Collaborate with global NTT DATA teams to design and deliver consulting engagements and implementation plans
• Develop industry-specific solutions, thought leadership, and proposals for new and existing clients
• Analyze regulatory, market, and sustainability trends impacting the energy and utilities sector
• Support business cases, value realization tracking, and executive-level presentations
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development and knowledge sharing
