Associate Program Director

Lutheran Services Florida seeks an Associate Program Director to lead community-based initiatives within our Program Management & Coordination department. This role oversees planning, implementation, and evaluation of services that support child welfare, mental health, substance abuse, and education programs statewide. The Associate Program Director manages budgets and reporting, supervises staff, and builds strong community partnerships to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of community-based programs across assigned service areas.
• Monitor program performance, outcomes, and compliance with contracts, policies, and funder requirements.
• Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and support grant and contract reporting.
• Supervise and mentor program staff, fostering a collaborative, mission-driven team culture.
• Engage community partners, stakeholders, and clients to strengthen services and referral networks.
• Use data to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Ensure alignment of program activities with LSF's mission, values, and strategic goals.
• Support development of new initiatives, proposals, and partnerships to expand impact.
