PT Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a PT Senior Sales Associate to drive sales of band and orchestra instruments, rentals, repairs, accessories, and lessons in a student-focused retail environment. You'll engage students, parents, and educators, recommending the right instruments and services, processing transactions accurately, and helping customers access quality music education. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining merchandising standards, supporting inventory tasks, and collaborating with lesson, repair, and school service teams. Ideal candidates have retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for music and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales support for band and orchestra instruments, rentals, and accessories
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support students, parents, and educators in selecting instruments, lessons, and services
• Process sales, rentals, repairs, and lesson enrollments accurately in POS systems
• Maintain merchandise displays, signage, and store cleanliness to brand standards
• Collaborate with lesson, repair, and school service teams to deliver seamless experiences
• Participate in community outreach and in-store events promoting music education
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising tasks
• Handle customer issues with professionalism, escalating complex concerns as needed
