PT Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a PT Senior Sales Associate to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and support music education in our retail store. You will guide students, parents, and educators in selecting instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, using your product knowledge and consultative selling skills. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, managing POS transactions, merchandising, maintaining store appearance, and supporting in store events. You'll collaborate with a student focused, inclusive team and have opportunities to grow in a mission driven retail and education environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales support to students, parents, and educators for instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons
• Achieve individual and store sales and revenue goals
• Process POS transactions accurately, including rentals, sales, and returns
• Maintain merchandising standards and store visual presentation
• Support inventory management, stocking, and product organization
• Promote and enroll customers in private lessons and education programs
• Participate in in store events and outreach to local schools and communities
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns as needed
• Collaborate with team members and store leadership to improve performance
• Uphold company policies and contribute to an inclusive, student focused culture
