Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding service in our retail store. You'll assist customers with selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, using your product knowledge to guide students, parents, and educators. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, handling POS transactions, merchandising, and maintaining an organized store. You'll help promote lessons and school programs while working in a collaborative, student-focused environment that supports growth in music retail and education.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchasing and renting band and orchestra instruments and accessories
• Promote and enroll students in music lessons and school service programs
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Operate POS system, process transactions, and handle cash accurately
• Maintain merchandising standards and product displays
• Support inventory management, stocking, and pricing
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on instruments, repairs, and services
• Deliver student-focused, friendly, and inclusive customer service
• Collaborate with team members to support store events and outreach
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
