PROGRAM MANAGER

Lutheran Services Florida seeks a Program Manager to lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of community-based initiatives within our Program Management & Coordination department. In this role, you will oversee program delivery, budgets, and compliance while driving measurable outcomes across child welfare, mental health, substance abuse, and education services. You will supervise staff, coordinate community partners, and use data to improve services. Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of community-based programs in alignment with LSF's mission.
• Monitor program budgets, contracts, and compliance with nonprofit and funder requirements.
• Use data to measure outcomes, prepare reports, and recommend program improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and community partners to enhance service delivery.
• Supervise and support program staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Engage stakeholders, including participants, funders, and community organizations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, ethical, and quality standards in all program activities.
