Music Teacher

Music & Arts seeks a passionate Music Teacher to provide private and group lessons in our retail lesson studio. In this on-site role, you'll teach students of all ages, design engaging lesson plans, and help them prepare for recitals, auditions, and school performances. You'll collaborate with store staff and school service reps to support local music programs, recommend instruments and accessories, and maintain accurate schedules and progress records. Responsibilities

• Provide engaging private and group music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Develop and follow individualized lesson plans aligned with student goals and school programs
• Prepare students for performances, recitals, and school ensemble participation
• Assess student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
• Recommend appropriate instruments, accessories, and materials to support learning
• Collaborate with store sales and school service teams to support education programs
• Maintain accurate schedules, attendance, and student records
• Support a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment in the store
• Participate in store events, clinics, and community outreach as needed
• Uphold Music & Arts service standards and brand values in all student interactions
