Aquatics Supervisor

Great Wolf Lodge, a leader in family-friendly travel destinations and water parks, is seeking a dedicated Aquatics Supervisor to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment at our indoor water parks. This role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in aquatic facility management and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. The Aquatics Supervisor will oversee all water-related activities, maintain water quality and safety standards, and lead a team of lifeguards and aquatics personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the aquatics department ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate lifeguard team members ensuring readiness and adherence to all safety protocols.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all aquatic equipment, ensuring optimal water quality and facility cleanliness.
• Manage water park attractions for maximal guest satisfaction and safety, including scheduling maintenance and inspections.
• Implement and oversee emergency response procedures, including staff training in lifesaving techniques and first aid.
• Coordinate with other departments to offer an integrated experience that meets the high standards of Great Wolf Lodge.
• Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on facility usage to optimize guest experience and operational budget.
