Busch Gardens Williamsburg seeks energetic Howl-O-Scream Scare Squad Performers to bring our Halloween event to life. In this seasonal role, you'll portray spooky characters in houses, scare zones, and pathways to deliver safe, thrilling scares. Responsibilities include staying in character, following show direction, maintaining high energy for extended periods, and adhering to strict safety and scare guidelines. You'll interact with guests of all ages, support event operations, and collaborate with performers and supervisors to create immersive, memorable Halloween experiences throughout the park.

Responsibilities

• Portray assigned Halloween/scare characters in houses and scare zones
• Deliver safe, high-energy scares while remaining in character
• Follow show direction, scripts, and performance notes from supervisors
• Maintain costume, props, and basic makeup as directed
• Interact with guests in a professional, themed, and safety-conscious manner
• Adhere to all park safety, scare, and operational guidelines
• Work nights, weekends, and peak event hours
• Collaborate with fellow performers and event staff to support smooth operations
