Program Director

Lutheran Services Florida seeks a Program Director to lead community-based initiatives within our Program Management & Coordination department. The Director oversees planning, implementation, and evaluation of services that advance LSF's mission in child welfare, behavioral health, and education. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets and grants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building strong community partnerships. In LSF's compassionate, collaborative culture, you will guide data-driven improvements and cross-team coordination to maximize impact for individuals and families across Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of community-based programs aligned with LSF's mission.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule program staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and manage program budgets, contracts, and grant reporting requirements.
• Monitor program performance metrics, outcomes, and compliance with regulations and funder standards.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in services.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to enhance program impact.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, funders, and community partners.
