PT Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a PT Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you'll help students, parents, and educators select band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons that fit their needs and budgets. You will open and close the store, process transactions, manage inventory, set up displays, and support school service programs. You'll model strong product knowledge, coach junior associates, and uphold a student-focused, community-oriented culture while meeting personal and store sales goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales support for instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons
• Deliver excellent, student-focused customer service to parents, students, and educators
• Open and close the store, handle cash, and process POS transactions accurately
• Maintain merchandising standards, signage, and product displays
• Monitor and replenish inventory, including rentals and accessories
• Support school service initiatives and local music education programs
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of instruments and services
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales and performance goals
• Coach and support junior sales associates on service and sales techniques
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies
