Warehouse Ambassador

As a Warehouse Ambassador at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, you'll help keep our European-themed park running smoothly by safely receiving, storing and distributing park supplies and merchandise. In this fast-paced, guest-obsessed environment, you'll unload deliveries, stage and deliver inventory to departments, operate material-handling equipment, and maintain clean, organized storage areas. Partner closely with operations and attractions teams to ensure they have what they need to create unforgettable guest experiences while upholding strict safety, accuracy and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments and park supplies
• Accurately pick, stage and deliver inventory to park departments
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and storage areas
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Use handheld scanners or basic inventory systems to track items
• Follow all safety, PPE and park operational procedures
• Communicate with operations teams about delivery timelines and needs
• Assist with seasonal/event setups requiring warehouse support
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and guest-focused service
