Safety Superintendent

CF Industries is seeking a Safety Superintendent to lead and enhance our safety culture across IT operations, offices, and data-centric environments. You will design and enforce safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and oversee compliance with OSHA and company standards. Responsibilities include leading incident investigations, coordinating emergency response plans, and conducting regular safety audits and trainings. You will partner with cross-functional teams to embed safety into projects, analyze safety data, and drive continuous improvement to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures across IT and office environments
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify hazards
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and internal safety regulations
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, and track corrective actions
• Plan and coordinate emergency response and business continuity safety measures
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks for employees and contractors
• Monitor, analyze, and report safety KPIs to leadership and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into projects and operations
• Manage contractor and vendor safety requirements and performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety culture
