Millwright

CF Industries is seeking a Millwright to support our high-tech facilities and infrastructure. In this role, you will install, align, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment that underpins our software and data operations. You'll troubleshoot machinery, interpret technical drawings, and perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Working closely with IT and facilities teams, you'll ensure safe, reliable operation of production and building systems. Responsibilities

• Install, align, and maintain mechanical equipment supporting CF Industries software and data centers
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, pumps, motors, and rotating machinery to minimize downtime
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to execute precise installations and adjustments
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, and operations teams to support reliable infrastructure for software operations
• Follow safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company maintenance standards
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment status in CMMS or digital systems
• Assist in equipment upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement projects
