Environmental Superintendent

CF Industries is seeking an Environmental Superintendent to lead environmental compliance and sustainability efforts across our technology-driven operations. In this role, you will oversee air, water, and waste programs; ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations; and manage required reporting and permitting. You will partner closely with IT, facilities, and operations teams to embed best practices, conduct audits and risk assessments, and drive data-based improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for a leader passionate about environmental stewardship within an innovative tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance programs across data centers and facilities
• Monitor air, water, and waste metrics and maintain accurate records
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local environmental regulations
• Develop and implement sustainability and emissions-reduction initiatives
• Conduct environmental audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and facilities teams on compliance requirements
• Prepare and submit required environmental reports and permits
• Train staff on environmental policies and best practices
• Partner with leadership to set environmental performance KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement using data analytics and reporting tools
