Manager, Maintenance

CF Industries seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our IT-focused facilities. In this role, you will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for critical infrastructure, ensuring systems are reliable, safe, and optimized for performance. You'll manage a team of technicians, coordinate vendors, and drive continuous improvement using data and best practices. Collaborating closely with IT and operations, you'll manage budgets, maintenance programs, and compliance efforts while supporting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations for IT facilities and critical infrastructure
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Manage a team of technicians, including scheduling and performance reviews
• Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee maintenance contracts
• Monitor system uptime, asset performance, and maintenance KPIs
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards
• Plan and manage maintenance budgets and capital improvement projects
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and leadership on reliability initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and asset records
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in maintenance
