Maintenance Planning Supervisor

CF Industries seeks a Maintenance Planning Supervisor to lead maintenance scheduling and asset management for our technology-driven facilities. You will own preventive and corrective maintenance plans, leveraging CMMS tools to maximize uptime and optimize resources. Partner closely with IT, facilities, and operations to prioritize work, reduce risk, and support critical software and infrastructure environments. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for critical assets and facilities
• Use CMMS tools to plan, track, and optimize maintenance activities and resources
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, and operations teams to prioritize work and minimize downtime
• Analyze maintenance data to improve reliability, predict failures, and optimize costs
• Supervise and guide maintenance planners/technicians on planning standards and workflows
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and parts inventory planning
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in maintenance plans
• Prepare reports and metrics on maintenance performance, backlog, and resource utilization
• Drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes and planning practices
• Support budgeting and forecasting for maintenance activities and capital projects
