Area Director, Operations Management
Sevita is seeking an Operations Management Area Director to lead multi-site programs delivering home and community-based health and social services. Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations for multiple home and community-based care programs in assigned area
- Ensure high-quality, person-centered services that meet regulatory and accreditation standards
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation across sites
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate program managers and frontline staff
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Partner with clinical and support teams to ensure safety and risk management
- Build strong relationships with families, community partners, and referral sources
- Lead change initiatives and support implementation of organizational priorities
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies and procedures
- Report operational results and improvement plans to senior leadership
