HVAC Installer

A. J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to perform system replacements in single-family homes across New Jersey. In this field-based role, you'll remove and install furnaces, air conditioners, and related components, complete start-up and testing, and ensure work meets code and safety standards. You'll interact directly with homeowners, explain work performed, and provide maintenance recommendations. Responsibilities

• Install and replace residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork
• Perform start-up, testing, and commissioning of new systems to manufacturer and company standards
• Diagnose installation issues and resolve mechanical, electrical, and airflow problems on-site
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and local regulations while working in customer homes
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about work performed, options, and maintenance recommendations
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Complete required paperwork, digital forms, and job documentation accurately and on time
• Collaborate with dispatchers and team members to complete daily schedules efficiently
