Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A flatbed trucks for long-haul and regional routes across the continental U.

• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads to ensure safe transport and compliance.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs, trip reports, and delivery paperwork.
• Adhere to all DOT, company, and safety regulations and procedures.
• Plan routes, manage hours of service, and meet delivery schedules reliably.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Care for and operate modern equipment responsibly to minimize downtime.
• Participate in safety programs and training to support a safety-first culture.
• Represent Central Oregon Truck Company with professional conduct and customer service.
