A. J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer to join our safety-focused, customer-first team. In this field role, you'll install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components in New Jersey homes. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, running refrigerant lines and ductwork, performing start-ups, and ensuring systems meet code and manufacturer standards. You'll diagnose basic issues, communicate clearly with homeowners, and document all work. Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems according to code and manufacturer specifications
• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues in existing systems
• Perform start-ups, testing, and system balancing for optimal performance
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about work performed and options
• Complete work orders, documentation, and basic system reports
• Collaborate with dispatchers and team members to meet daily schedules
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good condition
• Promote company services and uphold professional customer service standards
