Retail Brand Ambassador

Renuity, a fast-growing national home remodeling leader, is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent our bath, window, door, and renovation solutions in high-traffic retail and event locations. You'll engage shoppers, educate homeowners on our products, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. Responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting value-focused solutions, scheduling in-home consultations, and maintaining branded displays. Success in this role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, reliability, and the ability to meet performance goals in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and greet shoppers in retail and event locations to promote Renuity's remodeling services
• Educate homeowners on bath, window, door, and other renovation solutions
• Qualify prospects and capture accurate customer information
• Schedule in-home consultations for the sales team

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation and performance targets
