Lead HVAC Installer

Triangle Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing seeks a Lead HVAC Installer to manage residential and light commercial installs across Central PA. In this role, you'll lead a small crew, plan and install heating and cooling systems, perform start-ups, and ensure work meets safety codes and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from layout through start-up
• Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, and related components per plans and specs
• Fabricate and install ductwork, line sets, condensate, and refrigerant piping to code
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and adjustments to ensure safe, efficient operation
• Train and mentor junior installers, assigning tasks and checking quality of work
• Review job plans, materials, and schedules; coordinate with office staff and customers
• Ensure compliance with mechanical codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site to keep projects on schedule
