HVAC Lead Installer

Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric seeks an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to manage residential and light commercial installation projects. In this role, you'll lead a small crew, survey job sites, install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, and ensure systems meet code, safety, and manufacturer standards. You'll mentor junior technicians, maintain clean, professional work areas, communicate clearly with homeowners, and complete accurate documentation. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects
• Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork to code
• Perform site assessments, layout, and equipment placement
• Complete refrigerant piping, brazing, wiring, and start-up procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local mechanical codes
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices
• Communicate professionally with homeowners about scope and operation
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites and company vehicle
• Document work performed, materials used, and system start-up data
• Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to meet scheduling targets
