Responsibilities

• Respond to residential HVAC service calls for heating and cooling systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, and related components.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and company quality guidelines.
• Explain findings, options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Prepare accurate service tickets, estimates, and documentation.
