Regional CDL-A Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a regional CDL-A flatbed truck hauling freight across assigned lanes
• Secure and tarp flatbed loads in compliance with company and DOT standards
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required DOT documentation
• Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment
• Follow all safety policies and regulatory requirements at all times
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and terminal staff
• Manage schedules to meet on-time pickup and delivery expectations
• Care for and report maintenance needs for assigned modern equipment
• Represent Central Oregon Truck Company's driver-first values on the road
• Support a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork with fellow drivers
