Lead HVAC Installer

My Plumber Plus is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to handle residential system replacements and new installs across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the D.C. metro area. You'll lead install crews, perform high-quality, code-compliant installations, complete start-up and commissioning, and communicate clearly with homeowners. Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects, including system change-outs and new installs
• Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specs, and company quality standards
• Perform system start-up, testing, and commissioning to verify safe, efficient operation
• Fabricate and install ductwork, line sets, condensate, and electrical connections
• Mentor and direct installers and helpers, promoting safety and productivity
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about work performed and system operation
• Document work performed and materials used using company tools and processes
• Collaborate with dispatch and management to maintain schedules and job readiness
