HVAC Service Technician

Levine & Sons is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our family-owned team in Royal Oak, MI. In this field role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, perform seasonal tune-ups, and support occasional installation projects. You'll interact directly with customers, explain findings, and recommend solutions with integrity and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Support installation and replacement of HVAC equipment as needed
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot system performance issues
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers
• Complete work orders, documentation, and basic inventory tracking
• Follow company safety policies and industry best practices
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition
