Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A truck on long-haul and regional flatbed routes
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads to meet safety and customer standards
• Perform required pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety policies at all times
• Use ELD and onboard technology to accurately track hours and routes
• Plan routes and schedules to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Maintain clean, well-cared-for equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
• Follow company procedures for documentation, logs, and load paperwork
• Participate in ongoing safety meetings, training, and performance programs
