Underwriter

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. seeks an Underwriter to evaluate, price, and structure insurance solutions within the Billing, Insurance & Investment department. You will assess property and casualty risks, analyze financials and exposure data, and recommend terms that align with Zurich's risk appetite and profitability goals. Responsibilities

• Assess and underwrite property and casualty risks within authority limits
• Analyze financial statements, exposure data, and loss history to determine pricing and terms
• Develop underwriting strategies aligned with Zurich's risk appetite and profitability goals
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, internal guidelines, and audit requirements
• Collaborate with brokers, agents, and internal teams in Billing, Insurance & Investment
• Support portfolio management, monitoring performance and adjusting underwriting actions
• Contribute to risk management initiatives to minimize financial exposure
• Prepare clear documentation, policy wording, and underwriting justifications
