HVAC Installer

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking an HVAC Installer to join our residential and light commercial team in Memphis. You'll install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and accessories, ensuring quality workmanship, code compliance, and safety on every job. Responsibilities include reading plans, setting and connecting equipment, brazing, wiring, start-up, and basic commissioning, while providing professional, customer-focused service. Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, and accessories to manufacturer and company standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job plans, and work orders to complete installs on time.
• Perform electrical and refrigerant connections, system start-up, and basic commissioning.
• Ensure all work meets code, safety, and ARS/Rescue Rooter quality requirements.
• Communicate clearly with customers and supervisors about job status and findings.
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and materials in clean, safe condition.
• Complete required paperwork, documentation, and use of mobile work order systems.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in ongoing training and certifications.
