Plumbing Technician

Davis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a Plumbing Technician to perform residential and light commercial service, repairs, and installations. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing problems, including leaks, clogs, and low water pressure issues.
• Install and replace fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and piping systems according to code and company standards.
• Perform drain cleaning using appropriate tools and equipment to restore proper flow.
• Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to manage daily schedule and update job status.
• Explain repair findings, options, and pricing to customers in a clear, professional manner.
• Ensure all work meets applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean and safe working condition.
• Complete accurate service tickets, proposals, and documentation for each job.
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training provided by the company.
• Support a team-first culture by assisting coworkers and upholding company values on every job.
