Responsibilities

• Plan and lead high-intensity soccer training sessions for competitive youth teams
• Teach advanced technical skills, tactics, and game intelligence
• Develop seasonal training plans and game strategies for league and tournament play
• Track player performance data and adjust coaching plans accordingly
• Provide clear, frequent feedback to players to drive rapid skill growth
• Promote sportsmanship, character development, and team culture aligned with school values
• Communicate regularly with families about expectations, progress, and schedules
• Collaborate with school staff to align athletic and academic expectations
• Ensure player safety, equipment readiness, and compliance with league rules
