Maintenance

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a skilled Maintenance professional to support our manufacturing operations. In this onsite role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corrugated packaging and converting equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and help reduce unplanned downtime. You'll work in a safety-focused, family-owned environment that values integrity, teamwork, and long-term careers, with opportunities to grow your skills across multiple lines and facilities as we expand our sustainable packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corrugated packaging and converting equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Inspect, adjust, and replace parts to keep production lines running safely and efficiently
• Use manuals, schematics, and CMMS tools to document work and plan maintenance tasks
• Support installation, setup, and optimization of new or upgraded machinery
• Follow all plant safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance needs
