Plumbing Service Technician

Carter's Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to join our fast-growing, family-owned team in Bloomfield Hills, MI. In this role, you'll diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and sewer lines. Responsibilities include performing quality repairs, explaining options to customers, documenting work, and maintaining tools and vehicles. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing issues
• Install and service water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
• Perform drain cleaning and basic sewer line maintenance
• Provide clear estimates and explain repair options to customers
• Maintain accurate job records, invoices, and documentation
• Inspect work to ensure code compliance and quality standards
• Safely operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage daily schedule
• Follow safety procedures and company policies on every job
• Support training and mentoring of junior team members as needed
