Maintenance

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a skilled Maintenance professional to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corrugated and paperboard production equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, supporting equipment installations and upgrades, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. You will work closely with production and safety teams within our people-first, family-owned culture, contributing to long-term operational reliability, sustainability goals, and opportunities for growth and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing lines.
• Inspect equipment, document findings, and update maintenance records in a CMMS or similar system.
• Support equipment installations, changeovers, and continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and safety.
• Follow all plant safety, lockout/tagout, and environmental procedures in line with company standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize work orders and communicate equipment status and repair timelines.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics to diagnose issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation or overtime as needed to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
