Master Electrician

Green Bay Packaging seeks a Master Electrician to lead electrical maintenance and projects in our manufacturing facility. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, PLCs, and controls to maximize uptime and safety. Responsibilities include guiding electricians, interpreting electrical schematics, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring NEC and NFPA 70E compliance. You'll partner with operations to improve reliability, support capital projects, and uphold our strong safety and sustainability culture in a stable, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems, equipment, and controls
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues to minimize downtime and support 24/7 manufacturing operations
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation for projects and repairs
• Perform preventive and predictive electrical maintenance on motors, VFDs, panels, and control systems
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70
• E, and company safety policies, including LOTO procedures
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to electricians and maintenance staff
• Support and execute capital and improvement projects involving electrical design and installation
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve equipment reliability and energy efficiency
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical work, inspections, and system changes
• Partner with safety and operations teams to promote a strong safety and continuous improvement culture
